About us
Nuna Terra Perú is a boutique travel agency based in Cusco, Peru, dedicated to designing and operating travel packages, tours and personalized experiences across the coast, Andes and Amazon of Peru.
Using this website (nunaterraperu.com) and booking any of our services implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Our services
We offer single-day and multi-day itineraries that may include transport, accommodation, guiding, entrance tickets and other travel services, as detailed in each package or tour published on the site.
Published descriptions, photos, durations and prices are for reference and may be adjusted upon booking confirmation due to availability, season or operational changes.
Bookings and confirmation
Booking requests are made through our contact forms, WhatsApp or email. A booking is confirmed only when a Nuna Terra Perú advisor confirms it in writing and, where applicable, the agreed deposit has been received.
- Most services require a deposit; the percentage is communicated with your quote.
- The balance is paid before the service starts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Traveler details (full name, ID/passport, travel dates) must be accurate; errors may generate additional third-party costs (airlines, trains, entrance tickets).
Prices and payment
Prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) or Peruvian soles (PEN), as indicated, and are per person unless otherwise stated. They do not include services expressly listed as “not included”.
Available payment methods (bank transfer, payment gateway, cash) are informed with your quote. Third-party fees, where applicable, are communicated before payment.
Changes and cancellations
Specific change and cancellation conditions depend on each service and the providers involved (for example, Machu Picchu tickets, trains or flights are usually non-refundable).
- Cancellations communicated sufficiently in advance may receive a partial refund, deducting costs already incurred and non-refundable third-party services.
- Date changes are subject to availability and possible fare differences.
- Nuna Terra Perú may modify an itinerary due to force majeure (weather, road closures, strikes, official restrictions), always prioritizing traveler safety and offering equivalent alternatives where possible.
Traveler obligations
- Carry valid documentation (passport or ID) and, where required, visas or permits.
- Arrive on time at the indicated meeting points; delays may result in loss of the service without refund.
- Inform us of relevant medical conditions before booking physically demanding or high-altitude activities.
- Respect the rules of visited sites, cultural heritage and local communities.
Liability
Nuna Terra Perú acts as organizer and intermediary between the traveler and service providers (transport, hotels, restaurants, local operators). We select providers carefully, but we are not liable for events attributable exclusively to third parties or force majeure.
We recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance covering medical assistance, cancellations and lost luggage.
Intellectual property
The contents of this site (texts, photographs, itineraries, logos and design) are the property of Nuna Terra Perú or used with permission. Commercial reproduction without prior written consent is not permitted.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Cusco, without prejudice to consumer rights recognized by Peruvian law (Law No. 29571) and the possibility of filing complaints with INDECOPI.
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Peruvian Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection.
