Salida de madrugada desde Cusco hacia la zona de acceso al Glaciar Quelccaya. El trayecto atraviesa paisajes altoandinos, comunidades rurales y escenarios de montaña. Al llegar a la zona de inicio, se realiza caminata o recorrido según la operación local y condiciones del clima. La experiencia permite contemplar paisajes glaciares, lagunas, montañas y un entorno natural de gran altura. Debido a la altitud y condiciones del terreno, es una ruta recomendada para viajeros activos y bien aclimatados. Al finalizar, retorno hacia Cusco.

We recommend layers: a base layer, a fleece or windbreaker, and a waterproof outer jacket. Also trekking pants, waterproof boots, hat, gloves, and a rain poncho. Temperatures can drop significantly at high altitude even in sunny weather.
