Frequently asked questions

Does the tour include hotel pickup?

It depends on the tour, hotel location, and contracted service type. Some services include pickup from central hotels or authorized points; in other cases a specific meeting point is coordinated.

Does the tour include entrance tickets?

Entrance tickets may be included or quoted separately depending on the type of experience. The final proposal will clearly detail which tickets are included and which must be paid directly.

Does the tour operate every day?

Most tours operate with frequent departures, but it is always subject to availability, weather, access, schedules, capacity, and destination conditions. We recommend checking availability before booking.

What should I bring for the tour?

We recommend bringing your ID or passport, comfortable clothing, sunscreen, water, a hat, sunglasses, and a light jacket. For treks or high-altitude destinations, appropriate footwear and layered clothing are recommended.

Do I need to be acclimatized for this experience?

Yes, acclimatization is important for high-altitude destinations. We recommend arriving in Cusco at least one day before starting activities, resting, staying hydrated, and avoiding strenuous exertion on the first day.

Is the hike difficult?

The difficulty varies depending on the destination. Most of our treks are classified as moderate, considering altitude and trail conditions. We provide clear information for each tour so you can choose according to your physical condition.

Can I rent a horse or get trail support?

In some high-altitude destinations such as Laguna Humantay or Rainbow Mountain, horse rental is available at an additional cost directly with local operators. Let us know in advance and we will coordinate it for you.

What clothes should I wear for high-altitude routes?

We recommend layers: a base layer, a fleece or windbreaker, and a waterproof outer jacket. Also trekking pants, waterproof boots, hat, gloves, and a rain poncho. Temperatures can drop significantly at high altitude even in sunny weather.

How can I book this experience?

You can request a quote through the contact form or via WhatsApp. Our team will check availability, travel dates, number of passengers, and service type to send you a clear proposal before confirming the booking.

Can the experience be private or shared?

Yes, most tours are available in both private and shared modalities. The price varies according to the type of service. Contact us to receive a proposal tailored to your group.

What documents do I need to travel?

You need a valid passport or national ID. For Machu Picchu, the name on the entrance ticket must match your ID exactly. We recommend having a physical and digital copy of all your documents.

What happens if there are changes due to weather or local regulations?

Our team always monitors conditions before the departure. In case of changes due to weather, access restrictions, or local regulations, we will notify you in advance and offer alternatives such as rescheduling or adjusting the itinerary.

Can I customize the experience?

Yes. Most of our tours can be adapted to your preferences: departure time, private service, additional stops, dietary needs, or special requirements. Contact us to discuss your ideal itinerary.
